Only 11mm fall from the strom here but im guessing all that flood is from falls further upstream (Scoresby, Glen Waverley area)

Be surprised if a thunderstorm risk is not added to Xmas Day forecast..looks like we could be on the cusp of some decent storms..then a cool change moving through Sunday..

They did that so they don't scare people off from doing stuff and also the risk of a storm is marginal.
