Gee very disappointing to date
Was expecting 20mm+ but only have 3mm
I think overall though we should have 50mm across many areas
by this time next week
Great timing for the Farmers

26mm all up for us.....just magnificent......and maybe a top up on Friday. Norwegians have upgraded for us to 16mm after being not very interested the last few days.......that would make it very wet.....not that we would be complianing. A nice early cropping will be very appreciated especially if the season is to shut off early but not going to mention the E word.... ;)

Woke up for work at about 6am this morning and checked the radar ... was expecting it to be raining by the time I finished at 11am. Didn't really start until 12pm or so but was rather steady and I assume the area would have had some reasonable totals. There was a period of heavy falls at one stage this afternoon. Managed to stay in doors and watch some movies :) Was a good productive day ;)

Looking at further showers and even cold-air thunderstorms overnight and tomorrow, before clearing tomorrow evening. Should mainly affect southern and mountain areas.

21.5mm here. Wintery like conditions, I think I'll put an extra layer on before venturing outside.

23 mm in the gauge this morning, gives us 74.5mm for the month which is slightly above average. Great month for local farmers with regular good falls and temperatures about average (slightly cooler maximums but warmer minimums.)

Buller snow cams looking the best this year - genuine cover.

Nice event! 35mm for Scoresby. GFS and EC still have the system over the weekend period. GFS also has a low with a wrap around Tuesday. All happening! :D

Finished on 40mm here which gives me an April total of 141mm - much needed and appreciated. Looking at the outlook, May could well be even wetter! :D

16.5mm's up to 9am none since. Finished on 81.4mm's for the month about 10mm's above average and the first month this year above average. Looks like some more rain and colder conditions from Friday so hopefully another wet month coming up.

Downgrades on GFS and EC. Still looks fairly cold and windy but rainfall reduced for Central areas.

Downgrade? EC has 30mm or so for the next 48-60 hours for Melbourne which is actually more than what it had last night
