Sorry Macedonian, don't keep detailed temp records but typically we run a little less than 2 C below Ballarat Airport, so I'd say 8.5 C would be close to our July average max.
Down to 8 C overnight, 12 C now and some heavy showers racing past but just missing us so far.

It's certainly been a ripper of a wet season for you guys. Hopefully we get some decent rain here both before and after the cold air hits. GFS is suggesting a high risk of storms for Northern Vic later today. Not surprising given the air mass over us right now originated from Cairns.
Looks like large areas of the state won't even get above 10c this weekend if the ensemble forecast is correct.
Yeah a really warm one for July. It has reached 20c for the first time ever in July here. Mind you I only have 12 years of records but the previous high was 18.8c in 2009. Its now 20.6c and still rising so ive smashed my previous record.
Looking like it could be my warmest July on record overall even with the coming cooler temps.
Hope we get some good rain with this system only 18mm's so far this month (average 70mm's)
Not that windy here yet Max gust on my station is only 20 knots (37kmh) we have had a few windier days this month I recorded a gust of 35 knots on the 4th.
Was expecting some strong winds this morning, going by the forecasts but wind back home only just picking up a bit now.
Been windy in the CBD since I got to work though, the flag on the top of the Reserve Bank building been straight all morning and I could have sailed down Collins St with that gutsy tailwind at lunchtime.
Temps are nuts for this time of year, hopefully it's reversed with this upcoming polar blast?
Melb CBD 23.2c so far. Record broken. This air mass has come to us from an area between the Coral sea and the Kimberly according to the streamline charts.
Air mass on Saturday will probably originate from the polar ice sheet...
First spits from rain band, no thunder (wasn't really expecting it anyway), quite mild for this time of year (has been for a few days now), and back to our scheduled programming (winter that is ).
