Unfortunately means another below average month for nearly the whole of southern Australia. Hopefully something pops up soon and sneaks in before the start of April. Perhaps time for another when will it rain thread? Massive falls coming for northeast Australia with a late burst in the monsoon with an active MJO so no shortage of moisture but highs block its southward movement. Possible that it will edge south but the majority of the models currently say no.
