A nice drop of rain overnight here - 27mm. Picked up quite a bit before midnight with some very heavy rain and then more again during the night.
Currently 8.5c, so it's pretty chilly, especially as the temp is not likely to go up a great deal today.
Must be only a couple of degrees above freezing up there on the mountain, Macedonian?
Hi Snowfall. The max was 6.6° earlier today.
Down to 5.1° now and just had a burst of grauple.
Home- "Shepherd's Bush" at Mt Macedon. 870m
Work- "Bolobek" at Macedon. 430m
Snow falling but not settling this morning.
0.8° now.
Likely the earliest snow that I have seen here in twenty years.
Our good May fall around '07 was about a week later than this.

Not surprised Macedonian, it's bitter out there. Here we've got 1.5C, misty, with a stiff southerly. Brrrr. No precipitation to speak of though so no snow for us. (1.5mm in the gauge but all that's from sleety showers yesterday afternoon.)
4.4c here currently. Was 3.3c earlier this morning. And it feels cold!
It's raining here at the moment, but we've only had a few more mm since yesterday morning. Melb CBD has done well in the past 24 hours, with 22.6mm from a steady southerly stream of showers.
Missed out on most of the rain here in the last 27 hours.
Just 0.4mm's since 9am yesterday at my place (compared with over 25mm's in Melbourne (Olympic Park)
for the same period.
Ballarat Airport has had only 0.2mm's since 9am yesterday.
Cold though down to 2.0c overnight - 1.6c at the Airport.
Right now its 7.9c
Wow, wet as here lots heavy showers under stream all yesterday and overnight but to Sly now more aimed at the city now.
Lots of hail with number of showers last night and DAM COLD BRRRRRRR still frezzing
42mm here last 48 hours wet wet wet

Over 50mm in the far east but north of ranges little if any just dry and cold week up there with frost drying things out.
No rain for next 10 days or so inland and prob longer
All week down in southern Tasmania to expect the most terrible weekend weather from the BOM
Snow to 600meters hail wind blah blah
Turned out some frosty mornings but lots of sunny periods and not one drop of above
How did they get it so wrong?
Just makes me always ask how many people cancel plans ect based on forecasts that are so far wrong ?
Disappointed to the max
Freezing day for me, 0.7° min and 3.6° max.
Both yesterday and today came in under the forecast max.
A 3.6° max would not be out of place in July but its pretty impressive for early May.
