This was taken in February - when Severe Tropical Cyclone Bianca was headed down the coast. Now that was a thunderstorm event I will not forget any time soon, a real flang fest. It was easy to capture day lightning, but I took this frame from my video of the storm that day - picked up 28mm in 30 minutes. :)
Note the flooded road in the left of the shot.
Image

It was a bit blurred though, probably because I wasn't sitting the camera on something solid. Hoping to do better tomorrow, though lightning chances don't look that great, CAPE is fairly low.

Did get a storm this arvo, no lightning shots though as it was only CC's. Here are some shots I took. :)

Coldie over Albany the other day. I increased the contrast a bit to give a bit more colour.

Image

I accidentally deleted my old photobucket album without thinking, so all my earlier pics are gone. I've still got the originals around, so will fix it up later. :)
