That band running NW of around ballarat-horsham-nhill looks a little interesting, may be the next line of heavy rainfall developing now, I hope anyway.

Reminds me of the floods last year. The Loddon and Calder Hwy's had water over them like that for weeks at a time.

Wow, sounds stressful!

Was saying to the missus this morning that the people of Bridgewater would probably being getting a bit nervous right about now after last year. Have you had a chance to check how high the Loddon is by any chance?

Argghhh, Twiggy, what a nightmare! There's a story for the grandkids :P

Nothing doin' here, just drizzly boring stuff, it's all breaking up and dissolving into drizzle when it reaches out to this area.

Can see some beefy looking cloud tops to my w-wsw here so I would say that it is developing further NW than the radar is showing too.

long time, I hope everyone is well. I've just been watching green clouds from my parents in Dandenong North over Dandenong way, bizarre question and no it wasn't the light of Dandenong being lit by clouds, BUT can greenage happen at night?? That's what it looked like and it's now pelting down!!

In the 24 hour period to 9:00 AM Monday rainfall totals of up to 114mm have been recorded in the Goulburn River catchment. Since 9 AM, rainfall totals up to 97mm have been recorded.

Significant stream rises are being observed in the Goulburn River catchment as a result. Further widespread rainfall totals of up to 40mm with heavier falls as a result of thunderstorm activity are possible for the remainder of Monday and the majority of Tuesday across the Goulburn catchment.

Don't allow children to play in floodwater,
Stay away from waterways and stormwater drains, and
Keep well clear of fallen power lines

35mm for the day, with 26mm in the last hour from the band running through Ballarat.
That's enough now, tanks are full, as is the garage floor!
:)

...and I found a leak in the roof. :(

61.8mm all up for Bendigo over the last two days. Much needed. Not expecting much more on top of that, maybe another 5mm overnight sometime and the odd shower tomorrow. Main band certainly looks to have settled in to the east of the state now too.

Latest GFS also keeping those massive falls for the rest of the week over the border, so the great flood that a few were predicting may not eventuate.
