That cell approaching Mt Mercer looks severe and is heading more east than SE, also an interesting return on doppler, don't want that cell coming over me.

Thought I'd login after just viewing all day. Very windy down this way now. All jobs complete - water tanks checked, cattle checked and fed, chooks put away, rain gauge cleaned and readied - bring it on.

Cracking dose of hay fever with this wind :(

Been super busy last two days, but needless to say todays set up is one of the best you will see. Still consistent Dps of 18 all day, and with temps spiking higher than expected the energy available is astronomical. going to be some big falls, big damage but especially flash flood, as Karl suggested 50mm in an hour is easily achievable, maybe more if you get under the train.

looks like its another year similar to 2010, and its awesome!

That Mt Mercer looks like a supercell, with divergent winds on doppler indicating rotation, also now starting to push more north of the flow, looks dangerous.

****prays for no repeats of big hail***

I've half covered up my tomatos with shade cloth for protection just in case..better than nothing...

told my other half to get his car in, asap ...(difficult as its full of stuff so he has to make room!)

looks great but i just hope there isnt huge hail or damage!
