Bendigo AWS got 39mm, although more like 45mm here.

54mm for the week, so the forecast models did quite well.

Great result, and more generally for most northern districts, western Vic, and along the ranges. 28.5mm here.

The radar still lit up to the east, with several rivers in flood already.

consecutive 13 degree minimums for Melbourne in June.

May not be a record but very rare I reckon!

55mm for the 24hours to 9am at my house. Just under 80mm since Sunday arvo.

By comparison there was only 21mm where I work five km from home at Macedon. Rain shadowed again.

The enire 24hours of Wednesday remained above 10° at my place. I don't think I've ever seen that happen in any winter month in twenty years that I have been there. Quite remarkable.

I got 40.8mm's here in Sebastopol the 24 hours to 9am.
As mentioned earlier Ballarat Airport had a June daily record of 46.2mm's.
Almost up to the June average already.

Great to see all the good falls reported. We had 28mm here.

The storm last night was a cracker. A few good claps of thunder, not a lot, but really heavy rain and lashing wind. Felt more like a summer event.

Currently 12c and a bit of sunshine around. Thankfully the wind has finally died down.

Remarkable system for northern slopes. Expect quite a few records lurking for rainfall given how unusual heavy June rain is in the historical record. All that tropical moisture hooking up added the fuel. Precip water values were well into the 30s which I expect was also records (will check).

Showery 24 hours down here in Tas, with mostly light falls. 2mm in the gauge.

Another quite strong front tomorrow with heavy falls across western Tas. Mostly light for vic. The pattern seems pretty stuck for the foreseeable future with a front every 36-48 hours. Unfortunately none of them are that cold, so the alps will see rain, snow, rain, snow.

Another 6.5mm here, so 35mm for the dates, and 42mm mtd. Good start to June, and we're at the lower end!

Significant flooding on several north-east Vic rivers will make for an interesting long weekend. The Taggerty-Thornton road was flooded and closed yesterday for anyone heading Eildon way.

(PS: Feels like winter again with a strong, cold westerly and current temp of 6C.)

Solid rain band here today. Best rain for many areas in the best part of a month. 10mm here, and most spots scored. 5 to 15mm. Quite a mild system. Felt like a warm front. Pushed up, then seemed to run along its axis and slide south. Strange.

Weak system for the week ahead. Perhaps new thread.

Good to see some rain down there in the dry spot, and a good note to finish an eventful thread! A new one would be appropriate.
