Lightning here! Just north of Serpentine. Has come out of nowhere.

Was just eating dinner and thought I heard thunder and what do ya know, check the radar and theres a bit of storm passing through haha. Tempted to duck out for a look, but doesn't seem overly intense.

There is precip falling from nothingness!!! haha. I was just eating tea, not even thinkin of storms, and i get 3 texts in 30 sec.... "OMG LIGHTNING" - "YOU OUT TAKING PHOTO'S"? haha

Could be some ok photo ops, but the lightning looks to only last in short bursts

Really Nice Bolts to MY E SE Huge strobing bright CGs under a large RFB looks very nice but far away cant hear thunder

More to the NW happy times

Can see the sky lighting up with pulsing flashes from the action near Dandening to my SE but too far away as can't hear any thunder.

Heaps of CC's and saw one decent CG (guessing around the Chelsea area), looks like more to come too if that line from the NW suburbs holds together

Seen many CG's in one spot and it's right in a small gap I have looking ESE between a house and trees, got a 4 strike CG strike in one
