Can just make out the cells within the haze from my position in Caulfield, looks quite nice, more development to the NNW of me which has me more interested for this area.

just looked at the radar. nice cell. hope it heads my may- after school pick up! we are desperate for the rain. tank ran out at least 6 weeks ago. very dark and muggy here

Eastern suburbs cell looks really good , although moving pretty quick! New cell dropping rain now near sunbury so it's a good sign of things to come hopefully . Steamy in the CBD now and lots of Cu everywhere !

Latest Visual sat pic has a large field of Cu through Central Vic north of Melb, will light up like a christams tree soon.

That Cb looks pretty good from my location. just took a pic of it actually.
Unfortunatly it looks though it may slide just east of us ATM, currently 28/16 here.

Issued at 2:58 pm Thursday, 21 February 2013.
The Bureau of Meteorology warns that, at 2:50 pm, severe thunderstorms were detected on weather radar near Yarra Glen. These thunderstorms are moving towards the south. They are forecast to affect Kangaroo Ground and Wonga Park by 3:20 pm and Croydon, Lilydale and Warrandyte by 3:50 pm.
Damaging winds, heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding and large hailstones are likely.
