lots of CC in and around croydon, and around the dandenongs, didn't see anything get to the ground.
my credit card has expired, without a new one being issued
so my bloody wz silver has lapsed.
is there much more coming?

Errr just started raining here what the?? Nothing on the radar and stars were out 1/2 an hour ago! Maybe we'll get something after all! Where did this come from....can anyone enlighten me??

NUMBER 69 LEMON CHICKEN BINGO
2500 pics and I think I have got one half frame of a flang!
I cant review the pics tonight, who knows the card might have failed, anytings possible, but I am pretty sure I have an actual lighting pic that is postable.
Believe me, if I got one, you will know about it.
This storm just gave one last hurragh! A flang fest towards pakenham atm.
Regardless of pics, my best night of lightning since the 3 hour rotating storm down the Island in 1992.
Just amazing.

Yeah thunder and a fair bit of lightning here now. Brilliant. Apparently whiteout conditions just south of us.

More towers to the NW i can see too in the lightning. Expect us to get our share now for a few hours as the atmoshere is extremely unstable.

Spot on there, very unstable night similar to New Years Day. Rain/cells starting to move a bit quicker now though, reducing risk of severe flooding - although not that much quicker.

not even a drop of rain here so far....
some lightning in the distance visible at times, and one or two very faint rumbles....ughhhh so close but so far!!!
still time yet...amazing seeing how quickly it develops...can spring up anywhere

23 degrees here atm, down from 30. Could he a huge night. If I am to go to work tomorrow, I have to install the ear plugs tonight.
I dont think the BOM came close to forecasting this, unlike some in this forum. Well done those involved.
The frogs and ants were going off here on Sunday. The frogs were very odd, they know more then we know, I forgot to post, so they wont get the credit they deserve!
13018 strikes recorded by Hudson in the last 24 hours, that number is exclusive of CCs as far as I know.
