Our YTD rain is about 225mm. 134mm of that since April 1. Our annual average is 560mm so not too shabby.

Grass is green. And the sky is filled with lorikeets, galahs, and cockatoos. Not sure how the local farms are looking since we're not allowed to drive past them, which is sad...

Had 17mm in the overnight stream, other night things are so wet and green around here lots of water laying around in parks and around creeks

26mm for the event and over 120mm for the month and over 400mm YTD just amazing. With a long cold wet and windy 6 months on the way

MAGIC day today and more tomorrow and Wednesday nice week to dry out

0.8mm yesterday from the fast moving mid level cells. Briefly heavy, but only lasted a minute or two each time.

Not much in the progs, with the odd shower in a sw to nw stream.

Rain extensive now across Tasmania but largely dipping south of Launceston currently. 29mm at Cradle Valley the stand out so far.

Rainfall in Tas from 9am: Cradle Mt 34mm, Pine Forest Moor 32mm, Strahan 19mm, Meander 15mm, Deloraine 10mm, Launceston 2mm, Hobart 1.2mm
