Looks good. If it were to continue its path would you expect it to hold intensity or die? Actually looks like its heading for Melbourne!

Looks nasty for Ballarat right now, but looks very slow moving and only affecting its western suburbs.

The most beautiful sun-showers today on Mount Macedon. Loud thunder and heavy rain briefly. Very pleasant and 18.8C now after a top of 24C and a low of 11C. Perfect summer weather.

43mm this week

Happy Christmas

Went for a drive through Eltham, Yarra Glen, Kangaroo Ground and Panton Hill saw nothing but I do have some fantastic photos of the most exquisite towers, should have don't this earlier in the day as it is going of die off once the sun sets.

so why did it yet again not form in the suburbs today? I'm tired of hearing "tommorow will be better" when the same thing happens again.

It'd be nice to know the actual reasons behind why different areas are favoured over others when this happens, was it the sea breeze that destroyed it today?

Just got a few big drops of rain, but because of ridiculously high cloud bases most of it is evaporating well before it hits the ground.
