Another dry month here, hopefully next week's system can deliver for us or else we could be looking at yet another below average month, but anyway, here are the October figures.
Seymour
October: 15.2mm
YTD: 583.4mm

Thanks again Geoff! :)

I may have missed a few mm while I was away for a week, but still well below average this month after a drier-than-normal September.

October: 22mm
YTD: 597mm

BoM 'long term' average at Viewbank is 68.4mm.

Gordon can you check your YTD total again, I have you at 783mm not 793mm. Thanks.
You need rain RWM, looking better for you by mid-month onwards, going by the models.
Whoops, well picked Geoff, you're right. I've carried an extra 10 mm ytd from August (adding error, monthly totals are correct.)

Should be August 104.5 mm, ytd 651 mm; September 90 mm, ytd 741 mm; October 42 mm, ytd 783 mm.

December: 55 mm

2012 Total: 876.5 mm

Our annual average (16 yr) is 796.5 mm, so comfortably exceeded that, mainly thanks to our wettest winter (most useful time of year for rain here for maximum run-off.) All up a pretty good year, with quite a bit of green still evident locally despite a dry finish.
