Phew... what a day it's been!
Would loved to have been able to go out to some of the many lookouts scattered around the Dandenong Ranges and eastern/southeast suburbs, but was tied down by preparations for our family Christmas get-together tomorrow, but I'm still very happy to walk away with over 200 pics of the countless storms that formed to the east, northeast, north, and northwest... I was even treated to a lone but very sharp rumble of thunder at about 5:40PM as the MASSIVE cell (Warburton/Noojee area) which AUS_Twisted, Anthony, and Tizza all photographed exploded from almost nowhere!!
Still quite unstable out there, could be more showers and thunderstorms overnight and certainly tomorrow, hopefully no annoying 'seabreeze convergence zone' to bother us...
Merry Christmas everyone!
