The dot displays as blue when referring to your annual total (which doesn't directly correlate to the key on the right hand side, unfortunately, the key refers to monthly totals but is not a legend for annual rainfall). If you click on the month of July on the left hand side, you will see your site location change to green.

Very dry August here with just 29mm's (ave 73mm) YTD is 627mm's.
In fact it was the driest August in the 10 years I have lived here.
Pretty dry winter with June and July also below average

Despite heavy rain at the end of the month it still fell short of the average here for the 4th month in a row.
September finshed up with 75mm's (ave 83mm's) YTD now 702mm's
