Thunder/lightning died down a bit now, still no wind and just moderate rain, looks like this thing gets stronger the further South it goes. Certainly don't miss the wind.

Calmed down substantially here, just occasional gusts, temp's dropped from 24 earlier to just 15 now. Bayside will be getting smashed! Let us know how things are going, DC.

Thats more like it, heavy rain, thunder and lightning again, reckon it will last about 15 mins going by the speed of the radar.

Seems to be sliding west of us. the cell SE of Bendigo has died(was making a beeline for here). no rain - just spasmodic wind gusts swinging from the SW to N.

How fast is this stuff going thru!
Temp has dropped 4c in the last 15 mins. Still windy but the gusts are weakening. Heavy drops of rain but no real totals, just enough to wet the drive.

Had about 3 minutes of heavy rain, now dying back again. Still thunder and lightning around. There looks to be more developing behind the current band.

Watching that ball of red that hit the city, should be in Frankston by now.
Plenty in here tonight, nearly 50 at one point.
