120mm and just spent the last 2 hours emptying flooded room under the house. Furniture and kids toys under a foot of water. No more please.

Just lost power here for about 20 minutes here in Wodonga. There's something about the thunder. Sounds "deeper" than normal if that's possible. Angry looking cell heading our way from the NW over the border.

Mouth to mouth will fix that.

Just wondering if anyone has foxtel weather channel and if anything of note is on. Looks like supercell passing Catland.

spare a thought for all us river dwellers..... the SES has just spent a frantic 2 weeks blocking and sandbagging all drains, culverts and channels to stop the water getting to us from the murray river, now the water from this rain cant drain back to the river..... we could have a 'reverse' flood!

and everyones posts are just as amazing as this weather. stay safe

Welcome Bervy

Can see lots of flashes towards the SE, but dead calm here. No rain or wind and really humid again.

The crickets have come out again in force. You would think those little buggers would have drowned by now.

Shell I have only had 29.5mm today.
Think the rain was that heavy at times it missed it all together(if that's possible)

A bit of lightning and thunder, some heavy rain but now eased back to moderate, quite gusty. Nothing that you wouldn't expect from your average summer thunderstorms here atm, but closer to the bay and out west it is a different story. Glad to be missing the worst of it to be honest but that could change at any moment I guess.
