Moderate rain and distant rumbles here, rain band seems to be intensifying as it hits the ranges....got a bit heavy now looks like a bit of yellow rain for about 15 mins or so.

Edit: must have a cell passing overhead, thunder now and getting much closer..

The warm water in the bay is going to assist that line of storms heading towards Mornington

What a night, really unbelievable, these falls are so widespread. I thought it had missed us but I was wrong, looks like we are going to get caned after all. It is exciting and could be annoying at the same time once I have to clean up the house and the yard.

Feels like it's going to rain most of the night. I'm concerned this is going to cause more problems in our rivers.

Was chatting to nephew who lives in Upwey, they have leaks in their house and his mum/my sister who has a home in Upwey as well has had a tree branche/s come down on their verndah, damage unknown.
She is currently working in WA.
