107mm here total. Whiteheads Creek, despite the BOM's graph for it saying it peaked lower than in September, is actually higher in parts, though the flood guage on Delatite Road is only reading 1.2m, down 0.2m on the September level. Goulburn River has gone over and is all the way up to the soundshell. The river came from the back of the caravan park. In the part of the park where the main water will flow in, from the side, there is only about three inches before it will go into the park.
Hope Rhino and everybody in Carisbrook is ok. Keep safe everyone
Sorta Peter, it's filling up the lower sections of it eg. all the way up adjacent from the caravan park to the soundshell, but the bbq area and the old pool are ok for now.
Theres talk of the Princess Fwy/Hwy (Geelong rd) Between Geelong and Melbourne may have to be closed later due to Flooding predicted along the road from the Werribee River
Rain finally seems to be stopping here, just a light mizzle now so hopefully we'll see the end of it soon, still quite humid though, 22.7C.
Went for a drive to Alex, some roadside puddles/water partially on the roads, but nothing at all to worry about. Rubicon is swollen but going along fine, moving quickly and very muddy down in the reserve that's been redone since the council fixed it after the September floods.
18mm here since yesterday evening when we arrived, I expected a bit more, but there you go.
Rhino and all other members caught up in this situation over in the west, please take care and tell us if there's anything at all we can do to assist you. Lara, thanks so much for the photos - brilliant stuff to actually see "first hand" through your eyes.
Not bad round here (Alexandra region) as Lily said. Minor flooding. Yea seems to be worse with quite a few roads affected. CFA has had to evacuate the Yea caravan Park which is always flood prone. West of here to the border seems to have copped it much more with all the current "evacuations". We have had 60mm here for the incident, still quite warm and humid.
Very windy at Marysville overnight with quite a few trees down.
Currently its estimated that Laanecoorie is releasing 147,000 Ml/day (Major Flood Flow 43,000 ML/day). Indications are that there
will be further increases in the outflow from Laanecoorie during the afternoon/evening to around 155,000 Ml/day.

Areas of Bridgewater going under
Considering the one in November was major and releases were only ~75,000ML/D. The amount of water feeding into Laane would be insane. Could hit 6500ML an hour and it only holds 8000ML. Literally filling up every hour, VERY curious to see if the dam wall will cope!
