The bands starting to head into the radar hole around the wimmera and Horsham so expect the middle part of the band to lose that severe look to it, athough it would be slashing down...stupid radar hole.

The convection to the North is being held up by the wind change. There's a cell to the far NE sparking.
I see it now ILS, and apologise for any contempt shown.
And with the consistent SE'ly movement of the storm line, all areas from Cape Ottway-Warnambool-Hamilton-and what evers further NW's will cop huge evening falls ahead of the real rainband to follow only 12 or less hours later. Floods.
26C calm, baro kicked up 1 to 1008 hPa (why??) and its cicada crescendo here. Our house is a sauna.
Pengaz, I'm posting this from my old faithfull laptop again (Hooray!!) which your clever brother somehow got going again after being dead for months and my best attempts (which probably made things worse). [edit] - rain shown here on radar, just a small splodge, but its all virga and I can see lighter twilight sky to the W underneath it.

No probs mate. I am always very optimistic so a lot of the time I do get it wrong, but I am bound to get it right eventually LOL it is still marginal but it is 9pm now and things are still looking decent.
We're almost certain to have a huge amount of rain here. Last Wednesday, whilst watching the TV, a black house spider thought it was appropriate to drop by on the lounge arm and say g'day. The next day we had a ton of rain, with some parts of town recording around 80mm.
I found a black spider crawling up my leg this morning, so we're certain for some more flooding rains. Won't be too good for the 'bidgee either, with the river only 15cm below the major flood level after it's peak yesterday afternoon. The authorities aren't allowing the 700 evacuees to go back to their homes until the rain has passed and it is safe.
Nathan Morris 2013 Rainfall
Jan - 3.8mm
Feb - 27.0mm
Mar - 0.0mm
YTD - 30.8mm
