Just talked to Lily who is up in Lake Eildon atm, she is experiencing thunderstorm activity currently also.
Getting interesting to my west again. Might be in for round 2 before the days out. Watching activity gaining momentum around northwest of MOrtlak further south. Might fill in for another line. Will be interesting to watch.
Meredith should be aware of flash flooding shortly.

Could hear heaps of thunder, then towers went up to the west, and im like - why isn't the radar responding? Thats when the black core appeared!!!! Heaps of Thunder still.
Rolling thunder right over the top of the house here in Ballan, doing a damn good job at shaking the walls! Definite greenage, and lighting strikes are getting more frequent. Thick raindrops, but nothing to worry about ... yet.
Time to shut the PC, for fear of a power surge. Stay safe all!
can see the Laverton cell from here!! very photogenic, with a massive new updraught pushing up the northern side!! will post the pics - with the others.

Watched the Carrum Cell on the way home from work. Only started hearing thunder when i got home. Some rain, enough to wet the concrete and a few rolls of thunder. Parents are up in Eildon this weekend aswell, they have had some storms around.
Another bit of a storm has just passed over Alexandra and Eildon. 7.5mm. Moving of to the south.
Vicious for about 8 mins with wite abit of wind, up to about 50 kph. More Ts activity building to the north around Benalla.
This is insane, I cannot remember summer being this good ever. Cells everywhere, days on end. If you miss out one day, never fear the show will play at your place soon, maybe tomorrow.
Avalon and Lara look to be the next stop on the storm that just went over Ballan. I am really hoping someone has been chasing it, I would love to see some photo's/videos.
