there is serious rain here, so torrential you can hear the "waves" coming....flooding galore everywhere...

most of my paths, garden is washed away, everything just cant take anymore

3/4 of the trees around my place are leaning over in the weight of the water on their branches, a few bushes in the garden have actually pulled themselves out of the ground from leaning too far.

just amazing rainfall rates!!

EDIT: sooooo glad i planted my tomatos in pots this year...they are safe under the eaves at the back of the house where its sheltered!! :D

WOW now the suns peeping out, seconds after downpour...now thunder....amazing

According to the BOM Observation, I have a west/south westerly wind, will that affect storm development for my end.

I went for a drive to see the earlier cell over the Northern suburbs the one heading towards the CBD but broke down but did get some brief heavy rain from it in Coburg.

When driveing home could see the storms towards the SW and ones glaciating towards my WNW horizion whch muxt be the Ararat storm.

Looking incredible over N Vic at the moment

DarkEye, Portland is under a seabreeze, but storms are slowly descending southeast from Dartmoor.

Half a dozen rumbles and a sprinkle of rain so far. :P
