A little cell passing to the West of Sale - lots of rumblings, I've seen a few flashes. Drops of rain starting now

Looking at radar hopefully will soon get more than the very isolated drop of rain. Having said that would like a bit of a break in the morning as I have a working bee to attend.

looks like the next band is weakening a lot as at moves south. getting on and off drizzel here. Barely enough to wet the ground, but enough to make it feel sticky. Lots of dark clouds aorund the north, but seems not to be producing a huge amount of rain.

WOW, it's a squally bugger and it's chucking it down, with some small hail too. A few CG's to boot. It's so unstable it's on again off again, it's going to be a nasty night I think.

CBD in the firing line for the next hour or so.
Could rack up 15-20mm depending on severity of cells.

Looks like Frankston through to Wonthaggi are copping an absolute pounding. Wish I was down in Wilsons Prom. Looks like it is all going to pass straight through there nicely over the bay.

Getting smashed here ATM in Burwood. The cell got organised just before hitting us and has brought torrential rain, lightning, thunder and some good outflow gusts :D
