Finally getting a bit down here with heavy showers, bit of small hail and gusty winds. Typically 10-20mm on the hills and 2-10mm on the flats. No drought breaker, but first proper rain in a couple of weeks. Been heavy snow on and off on the mountain, though warm sun pretty quickly melts it in mid spring.

Starting to ease up, but another half decent front for Thursday. That one looks like mainly slipping under Victoria.

Quite a wild Thursday down here. Mild early then bands of blustery showers which dropped snow on the mountain. By the arvo winds were really gusting.

Something brewing for next week but geez progs are jumpy.

Yes, progs keep coming and going :? WATL reasonably upbeat (25mm plus) for a decent chunk of Vic next week, but certainly wouldn't be betting my life savings just yet...

Another blustery front here today but dry air shreaded the showers. Just shy of 1mm in the gauge. With the dry air snow levels have been low, with snow on the mountain in the heavier showers.

Not quite weather but some photos from around 4am this morning. The colours were spectacular and clearly visible.

Light frost here this morning with a minimum of 2C. Didn’t see that coming after such a nice Saturday with a warm sun.

Nice event brewing for the week ahead. Tis gonna get quite volatile.
