Just over 15mm here and 107mm MTD. Mostly sunny this morning, but expecting the odd shower later.
Hi Snowfall, do you have a ytd rainfall total at all?
Are you above average for this time of the year?
I checked mine last night, 570mm so far. That is 300mm less than this time last year!
Hey Macedonian. Yes, YTD is 714mm for me, definitely running above average for the time of year. It was mostly bumped up earlier in the year with a very wet January, March, April.
We're actually running above this time last year. January to August 2021 was 648mm.
Thanks for that! I'm beginning to think something is up with my record keepingthis year.
Trentham has had 900mm. I'm usually fairly close to Trentham's amount.
Home- "Shepherd's Bush" at Mt Macedon. 870m
Work- "Bolobek" at Macedon. 430m
17.5mm for us for this thread. Royal Maffra Golf course is closed due to mud. Lake Glenmaggie 86% full with healthy flows entering into it (being passed straight through down the Macalister here), lots of low level snow visible on the mountains in the catchment area. We've had 63.5mm here so far this month. Muddy paddocks from the rain through to end of May never dried out over the cold wind-free winter.
And an ECL scenario is now mooted by CMC for Vic mid next week?
We're probably just about done and dusted for August 2022 rainfall. The AWS is on 59mmm MTD, although we've had closer to 70mm - slightly above average.
It's fascinating to look back on similar years. The closest is 1992 - almost identical Summer, Autumn, and Winter rainfall totals. That year had a spectacularly cold and wet Spring.
