Welcome New Members! We want to hear from you. Register, stop lurking and start posting!

Hillybilly (David), Blackee (Anthony) & me, 93ben (Ben) have taken over running the forum after the passing of Rivergirl (Robyn) last year . I just wanted to let you know that I'm currently in the progress of cleaning up and updating things after I was able to finally gain access to it. We will post more later.

41 in Mossman just now. Yuck yuck yuck.

I’m concerned there isn’t much time for the wet season anymore to but to be honest I’ll just be happy when it cools down!

Why would anybody bother posting when an internet Nazi deletes whole posts.... :( ....

Who wants to be told you are not allowed to have an opinion that differs from the moderators and treated like they are back in the 4th grade..?

Not as bad as yesterday, a real stinker. However, there is a warning re Severe Thunderstorm for the North Queensland Coast and guess what, the radar is out. I guess one will have to hope it won't be a blast out of the blue but creeping closer rumble.which is about as scientific as a hundred years ago.

I'm not aware of any censorship because, if it happened I didn't see it. But if Marakai walks then I'll have to rethink posting here.- he covers an area no one else does and if only for that he's a precious asset. He's also awfully funny and chatty, salt of the earth.

Willis Is and TSV 512km radar not showing much at the moment. A bit around Tully area.
That could change fairly quickly though. I might have a look in another hour. Fingers crossed.

Looked good yesterday arvo down here, but mainly rode the range. Millaa picking up a nice total.

Much cooler with this southerly change, thank goodness. Hope we get some rain soon, watering the lawn in mid February up here just seems insane.

It’s coals fault!😜😬

Amazing.

BoM say CNS radar would be back up and running at 05:00h on the 19th,- and lo & behold,- it is back up and running.
Miracles do happen. 🤓

Hahaha, Bunyip sounds...scary. I'd take a week should I be so foolish to attempt it.

Loving the cooler weather
