Sorry Petros, I was about to answer your question when I had to ban someone. Last time you raised this issue I said that there is nothing that can be done if while you are typing a post someone else posts. All you have to do is press submit and then when you see it hasn't posted yet then press submit again. Dez, if you know any other way to do it can you please let us know
Thunder has stopped here but have settled in with some beautiful moderate rain. Looking at the radar it looks like this could go for hours with potentially heavier stuff coming down from the NE. Must say this is one of the most impressive rainbands i've seen on radar.
This is one of the best systems ever seen here, and we have all seen many...a droughtbreaker in many ways..no one is spared, excellent falls statewide. A watershed day, only snow in the CBD this winter will top this. This will be the benchmark from here on in for upper level lows..helped of course by an airmass to die for..
I am sick and tired of having to read through pages and pages of irrelevant garbage about each other. If you want to discuss it take it to the social section.
Seriously...you are lucky the mods havent banned any of you yet....just leave it..or take it to PM.
Best post I have seen on here all day. This is the biggest problem with this forum. Way to much garbage been talked about. Would love to discuss the last 2 days and posts some pics but seriously whats the point.
Light rain out here at Pakenham atm. We were right in the middle of the 2 bands coming down from the nth.

I haven't seen a radar like this since Feb 2005.
So true! I was just relating this event to the Feb'05 one. How long do you guys think this rain will go on for? All of overnight?
Very heavy rain started at 6:45 for about 10 mins then backed off....then about 7:15 massive swirly windstorm brought big black clouds and it has been steady, heavy rain since. FANTASTIC!! This is the kind of rain that the state has been crying out for for about 3 years, all over, in the catchments and everything. Hope it lasts all night and into tomorrow.
