Launceston forecast Dec 31st, Jan 1st, Jan 2nd - 32,34,34. If this comes off I can't recall three consecutive days of 32 plus previously.

Quite warm here on Friday and Christmas Day, while today was very mild (23c max). Next weekend looks like a stinker.
Also of note - Darwin had its coldest Christmas Day on record, while Perth had its hottest.

A chilly Boxing Day here, with increasing showers though hit and miss. As picked by EC snowline dropped nicely with flurries on Mt Wellington to about 900m and a light settling in the top. Took this shot about 7:30pm.

The weather is so dull (but great summer weather) here that I'm looking elsewhere for interesting things. The latest ACCESS G has an intense LOW (cyclone?) passing over Brisbane New Year's Day then it's remnants drift down over NSW.
