VICTORIAN SNOW. Past and Present

Post by crikey »

I made this thread so snow records wouldn't be lost in the event threads.
.............

11/12th August 2019.l went to Falls creek. It was 48hrs after the big snow dump on the alps.
The road was closed to Falls creek the day after it snowed

Antartic blast thread

It was the best snow l had ever seen and Mount Bogong looked fabulous.
here are a couple of my favorite pictures.
Views from food restaurant at top of chair lift and the car covered in snow is at the bus terminal near the post office

Oh.,That is so awesome 'JS'.,Thanks for posting :D

Most people know about spencer creek snow depth time series in NSW but many don't know that Mount Buller has their own..Natural snow depth time series 1979 to 2017
I have no idea why they don't have 2018 and 2019?
