Reached 35.3c at my place today first over 35c day this year. Ballarat Airport maxed out at 34.8 so they may have to wait until tomorrow for their first over 35c. Just had a squally shower with hail here. wind gusted up to 48 kmh
and temperature dropped from 10c to just under 5c with that one.

A cell has just appeared on radar in Melbourne's northern suburbs heading roughly towards the city or just west of it.

A cell has just developed to the SE of here. Thunder about every 30 seconds from it.

Yeah have had almost 1 mm of rain.
much heavier around Brown Hill one PWS reporting more than 30mm's
others 10 to 15mm's. and the Bom was forecasting a Fine clear night !!!

Radar indicates its starting to go pop now but cells are very slow moving.
So unless a cell goes pop very near you then yopu will probably get nothing.

Had some heavy showers in the last hour and a couple of rumbles as well.
Now up to 15mm's since 9am today.

Had a shower here between 4.15pm and 4.30pm. 2.6mm's with that.

Ballarat Airport reached 19.9c today so it still has not officially reached 20c in Spring yet.
Last day it reached 20 was 26th of April.
21 is forecast for tomorrow so we should get it then.
Bit of a downgrade to the forecast Rain over the coming days.
Very tricky to forecast this coming system.

Bit less for me on about 60mm's at the moment

No Rain so far in The Ballarat area. In a clear spot with the heaviest rain well to the East over Melbourn's Eastern Suburbs and further East.
Some small showers developing to the NW of here now so we may get a bit from those later.

BOM still going for 65 to 90mm's over the next 2 days. Got a feeling it will be a bit of a fizzer though.
Which would be a good thing. Expexting 20 to 40mm's here in Ballarat.
