Ended up with 78mm for November, 7mm below average but quite acceptable after the dry start to the month.

52mm here since the rain started early yesterday morning. Still going - mainly the same dense small droplet stuff that confuses the radar, but it sure adds up!

Haven't done the exact math, but our November total will be looking a lot less embarrassing than it was a week ago.

Rain here appears light due to small droplet size, but is actually quite 'thick' and drenching if you have to go out in it (like I just did to check our overflowing water tanks!).

We're up to 20mm since this lot started early this morning, and it shows no sign of backing off.

Surprised that the media aren’t really talking about this system. Strikes me as potentially very nasty for the worst affected regions. No temp over 20° for a whole week either. Great rain totals for you as well Macedonian. Our mere 20mm is good enough for us; especially as it looks like adding into a lovely long spell of wet, cool weather. Keeps us green, stock well-fed, and pushing fire risk back. Very odd system. Low pressure centre of 1013hpa at 11am today (about over the Coorong), is forecast to barely move to be just west of Nelson at 11am tomorrow at 1009hpa. Yep, the 'system' (if you can call it that) is on our doorstep, but the picture isn't any clearer than it was several days ago, at least to my inexpert eye!

Really want this one to come off, which doesn't make the uncertainty any easier...

The farmers around here don't want rain atm. They're busy harvesting and it would largely be of nuisance value. Still benefit in rain around here for pasture and late-sown cereal crops, plus keeping the local area green and fire risk down. Is drying off fast, so this coming system would be welcome ...

Looking more and more like a sustained period of reasonable 'troughy' rainfall for eastern and central Vic. As things stand, we will be right on the western edge of this system - fingers crossed! Heat wise, can't see anything above mid-twenties for us, and perhaps quite a cold patch in about a week.
