Wow, just went outside to start gardening and it started to snow. I was doubtful last night when they said snow to 700m this morning

I reckon yesterday's unseasonal heat and north wind was far worse than a good spring cold snap.

About 16mm here at home. Temp hit 1 9° but it's up to.2.8° already. No snowflakes at all so far

I looked this morning and YR.No was giving us a very cold Thurs and Friday. Five cm of snow and a zero degree max but now the whole shebang has vanished!

Good to see a few mms for most of VIC this morning and a bit of snow on the alps. A fairly mild system, but just cool enough for the majors. Miss down in Tas with the system tending to split.
