4.5mm on Sunday and 7.5mm through to this morning from bands of very light rain, although a bit heavier this morning. We finally got some sun mid afternoon after almost 2.5 days of thick cloud cover and humidity. I’m expecting to wake up to rumbles during the night. Very muggy forecast for the rest o ...

7.5mm here, 4.5mm from a thunderstorm with hail around 7pm last night and then another 3mm from a heavy shower earlier this morning. Just enough to keep things green a bit longer and take the edge off recent dry spell. If we hadn’t got some of those decent drops in September and October, it would h ...

We missed out here yesterday with just 1.75mm, meaning we fell just shy of cracking the ton for September.
99mm for the month, no real standout falls, just accumulation from regular fronts.

Just got power back in Warragul at 8pm after it went out around 3am. No phone or internet ...

Wild here for the last 24 hours, little rain though. Bit behind on posts but the storm we got on Sunday night was a beauty. 8.5mm in quick time with a bit of hail and strong straight line winds, one of the most lightning active I’ve seen for a long time. Our August rain tally looks pretty meagre, ...

A touch under 14mm here since Thursday night. Quite solid overnight Thursday into Friday morning despite the forecast. Nice surprise to break up the dry spell.
Hoping the skies clear up tonight to see some Aurora action.
