I know it is a long way off, but we should look at organising a get together/lunch/dinner when the film is screening. http://www.imaxmelbourne.com.au/#/movie ... _alley_3d/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
What does everyone think?
He strolls up to the twister, and he says, *have a drink*. And he chucks the bottle into the twister, and it never hits the ground.
That's a great idea, Tornado - what an honour to have a movie named after you!
That's the Storm Chaser guy? The one who is always whinging that he misses out on all the good tornado's, yet all the others seem to find them! I guess he must have finally found something to film.

Yeah, that's the guy. He rang me and said he also had a friend named Alison, so name it after both of us.

I've been in touch with Sean Casey re the dates it will be shown in Melbourne and he's just waiting on the international schedule and will let us know the dates...we were thinking of making this a real ASWA & friends weather fest with the movie and a get together over a meal..we might end up with half the weather people in Australia in Melbourne for this!!! Sounds great.
I certainly didn't have enough time to shoot my questions to you & Clyve yesterday, so any chance to catch up with you again, I'll take!

Hey Jane/Clyve, just wondering if you can confirm the opening date for Melb? IMAX website has it as 24th August, but the TIV facebook page says "Opens Worldwide March 18, 2011". Seen as that is not too far away, I'm assuming the IMAX website is the correct date?
It's released in the USA in March and the Australian release is Wednesday the 24th August in Melbourne......we're looking at the Saturday night 27th......for dinner and a movie..
I'm ready to start organising dinner and the movie - just need to know if we are going to book the entire cinema out that night
btw,
anyone come up with any questions that they'd like us to ask Sean Casey when we interview him in April / May??
