Thick fog and drizzle here this morning slowly topping up the total. 27mm now so a very handy fall (or 35mm counting last weeks storms). MTD is about 60mm, so a little below our monthly average which is near 70mm. We might just about get there, depending on the next hour or two.
Bumper system for central areas, and now into the east. Must be the odd spot which has cracked the 100mm for the event
With the December rain, some spots are having a red hot go at one of the wettest summers on record.
Very happy to finish the month with a decent fall after all the heat. With a bit of luck, this sets us up for a nice green end to summer.
