114.5 mm here for August which unbelievably brings us to exactly 500 mm ytd (what are the odds??)
296 mm for winter means we finish well above monthly and season average.
(Can't compete with Mt William in the Grampians though which has finished with a massive 302.8 mm for August which must be right up there for an August record?)
Very wet and warm month here. I only have 12 years of records here so its easy to set new ones but it was easily the warmest and wettest September I have recorded, in fact there have only been two wetter months and they were both in February. Finished with 157.5mm's this month average 75mm's. YTD now 688mm's.
January 28 mm rain
Febuary 167 mm rain
March 42 mm rain
April 17 mm rain
MAY 85.5 mm rain
June 52 mm rain
July 97 mm rain
August 97.5 mm rain
September 60 mm rain
Another above average month here with 81.6mm's (ave 67mm's)
Have had 538mm's here in the last 5 months so going well.
YTD 770mm's.
Another interesting fact was that this month was actually slightly cooler than September.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is with great sadness (and no small amount of frustration) that I have to report that I can no longer add your rainfall figures to the chart.
Our ubermasters at Google have done something that denies us access to it, in fact when we log into it there is nothing there any more!!!
Please feel free to carry on posting your figures here as before, it is always interesting to see how much you all get, I just won't be able to put them on the map any more.
Another year comes to an end and it was another good year for rainfall here with a total of 936mm's (ave 787mm's).
This was the 4th year in a row above average.
As for December itself started off well but less than 4mm's in the last 19 days of the month saw it finish below average on 56mm's (ave 70mm's)
Lets hope we all get some good rain soon as its starting to get a bit dry.
Happy New Year to everyone on this forum
