SE QLD Apr 18th-24th

Post by norfolk »

Hi guys, just a question, not sure how much of a response I will get,

my parents will be heading to SE Qld from the 18th April, at this stage, I see some rain happening up that way for most of the period, I think also sometime during that time a big cold front will hit us, will that influence the weather of SE QLD as well?

Any answers?

Thanks,

Tony

On the Sth Hemisphere charts there does appear to be a nice change to come through around the 17th to 19th(long way out though),but i doubt it will be strong enough to penetrate that far north.

A late burst of wet weather before things should start drying out.

Really quite amusing - my in-laws are in Oz for three weeks to see our new baby. They were not enjoying the cool weather last week, so booked a last minute deal to the Sunshine coast to get away to warmer climes this weekend.

Not happy campers when we told them it was 28c and glorious here this weekend ;) ;)

Gotta love our fickle weather
