Despite the warm humid weather currently 29/17 it just hasnt looked like it all day.
Still some lumpy Cu around but they are just not going anywhere.
Must be lack of a trigger.

And/or a lack of surface heating. It is more sunny now than it has been all day.
For as long as it’s this muggy I still hold out hope, personally

Around 25mm here so far from the two storms, and part of that second one came under the roof tiles and through the exhaust fan into the kitchen! Luckily it's mainly over the sink. That hasn't happened since the storm in Feb last year that flooded parts of the town. Crazy heavy rain.
Steamy hot and sunny again now. Ants have been on a mission all day.
Basically nothing in Sale while Mt Moornapa 40km N rec'd 32mm in about 40 minutes from a storm full of CG
and noise as it headed S/E over a few hours.
The trajectory of the next line/stormy front approaching from the W also has a good chance of another clean miss of Sale,
see how it goes.

Looks to me like it's lining Sale up for a direct hit now!
We picked up 1.5mm from a weak high based storm that died on our doorstep after lunch, there is rumbles about again now, from a non-threatening sky, so might get a mm or two from a last hurrah shortly. So 1.5mm for the thread here.
We’ve just had a dose of it all..
some decent size hail, glad there wasn’t much of it..
was a little black popped out of no where on the radar… sky didn’t even look stormy.
To the west of these storms it’s almost completely cloudless and the westerly wind change is rapidly approaching Melbourne, so I suspect this is the last hurrah for Central areas today
Direct hit, black core which evolved into back building red for 30 minutes. 41mm rain in 30 minutes, everything is flooded, large intermittent hail huge flangs. Went for a walk and Monbulk creek is flooded, amazing to see
