Bit late on the pick up but the SA November record was broken with a 48.0C at Andamooka and the Victorian record equaled with 45.8C at Ouyen. Both are manual stations so come in later. Guess with SA, Vic and NSW all setting records would suggest this is quite possibly the most extreme heat event in spring on record in the southeast
Even more remarkable that it has occurred without a major drought and in a La Niña.

Front tomorrow looks like packing a bit of punch. Fast moving, blustery and showery. Moisture ain’t great, but could still see some rumbles in central and eastern parts.
