We were always on the edge here Strato, but it still might move north later on.
The progs for next week is falling apart but with a bit of luck
we get at least one days decent rain.

3.6mm's up to 9am - MTD is now 7.6mm's. The heavier Rain is mostly to my south.
Just a light drizzle here, hope it improves Rainfall wise later.

Hhmmm, slipping a little to the south of here even it seems. It was a little more west-east 2 hours ago

Hopefully it bounces back or it could be one of the great weather fails of 2020

Maybe a little too early to call it for here, but it's definitely slipping south. It's obvious on the radar. Is Bass strait going through a drought? Coz if they are, they've got some wet heading to them 😂😂

Currently slipping well south of us here. Only 0.8mm so far. The trough is moving slowly east, so the rain band may inch further north as the day goes on. The main focus for us will probably be this evening or overnight, assuming it holds together and we’re not rain shadowed!

It appears to be staying in the south over the bay!

Ah weather! Makes life interesting when it does go by the prescribed BOM recipe or other enthusiasts longings. 3mm here so far, a wait and see the the rest of the day but have be able to get outside and do some weed removal from the lawn which was not on the agenda for today.

I had to laugh at the BOM telling the local paper yesterday afternoon that today was going to have heavy rain etc.

Yeah right...

To be fair, there is some heavy rain there, unfortunately its just to far south, if it was 50 or 100km further north then maybe the BOM warning may have been valid. Interesting to see how well defined the cut off between heavy rain and none.

Hopefully it moves a bit more east as the day goes on, rather than sliding south east, we might catch some heavier falls in Melbourne....

Well, it's stopped here. Really disappointing that it's tracking further south, though models predicting it to move north through the day, so perhaps not over yet.

Yeah seems to have stalled literally 2km south of me, seems to be contracting back north a little the last few minutes, like a slow yoyo. Let's see
