That damage is extreme. Can’t imagine that being possible unless winds topped 150km/hr (at a guess). Would expect a survey. There was a big band of storms, so wouldn’t surprise if something was embedded.StratoBendigo wrote: ↑Sat Jun 29, 2019 8:07 pm I wonder if this one was a tornado or microburst? Pretty significant damage about 15 km East of here.

Also, lots of damage around Goornong. Local hall has lost its roof apparently.
Yeah, almost looks like the sort of damage a F2 or F3 tornado would inflict. Takes a lot to more or less completely flatten a brick veneer house...hillybilly wrote: ↑Sat Jun 29, 2019 9:11 pmThat damage is extreme. Impressive totals and gradient Guessing northwest will end up well above average for the month while the southeast will end up way below average Fairly similar in Vic with NW facing areas have done really well, while those facing southeast have struggled a bit.Tassiedave wrote: ↑Sat Jun 29, 2019 10:28 pm Rain in Tas since 9 am: Fisher River 123mm, Iris River 84mm, Pine Tree Rivulet 80mm, Lake Augusta 65mm, Sheffield 62mm, Deloraine 26mm, Devonport 25mm, Launceston 11mm, Hobart 0mm
