Any chance of Melbourne reaching 43C?
Currently 42.5.
There’s every chance, change still not through Laverton at 3.40pm, a good 30 min of heating left at the city site

Putrid 39C here. That's about 44C sea level equivalent. The only day I've seen which was clear hotter here was Black Saturday (which got to ~41C). Not much wind and quite humid. Bit of convection firing ATM.

The change has finally arrived here. Got to 42c just before the change, and now the temperature is quickly dropping. Has dropped 9c in only 5 mins, with SW winds gusting to around 40km/hr.

Got a few drops of rain here.
Today's certainly living up to the moniker of "four seasons in one day"
