Nearly 2mm overnight, so finished event just shy of 14mm. EC had 15mm for us, so can’t complain :) MTD is about 25mm so tracking ok, but next week looks almost dry :(

Solid falls from Upper Yarra through most of eastern NSW so a decent event for many. Lucky as it wasn’t much to look at on the surface charts.

Of course Seymour gets smashed now that I'm not there anymore :P :P 34mm for them. Just 7mm here, we missed most of it.

Had a brief shower about 7pm but that was about it... real dry locally
around here!! It’s much greener just west and north of B.Marsh. My backyard
has inch wide cracks in the ground, have never seen that this time of the year.

Yep I feel your pain
I live in Highett in Southern bayside and historically we have always done well in comparison to many other areas around Victoria or Melbourne for rain ie Bay effect however this year has been concerning
We are down around 30% less YTD
Our trees are quite stressed
More of the same IMO
As we all known now this is a Global trend

Cripes, that’s not good. Flying out of Melbourne Ap this week the vegetation looks dry across the northern and western parts of Melbourne. I’ve got a friend in Epping who mentioned having to water their plants during August. A few warm days and it will brown off quickly :(

It’s more a creeping dry here with month after month below average (except June). Most months have been about 10 to 20% below average, so not a lot but is adding up. We’re something around 150mm behind where we should be.
