Avalon is up to 6mm from that line of showers trailing over it for much of the evening. It’s all moving very slowly. Just started raining lightly here, with a little more development occurring to the east.

The rain is getting heavier here now and a few private weather stations just to the W/SW have recorded 5-15mm this
evening.

Some persistent light rain here this morning, enough to keep the bike indoors.

6mm, light rain. Pretty green around here, I don't think I'll be cutting hay until December.

Just on 5mm in the end. Progs more or less got it in the end, showing a late bounce in central areas. Bit surprise the northeast didn't get more, through perhaps it will get a bit more today.

Keeps things ticking over.

Perhaps a little more to come today for central areas, but more or less dry now for 5-6 days. Looking significant next week, though a few days out. Some of the model runs have been throwing-up nearly 100mm here which would be most welcome a week or two before summer.

Just had a heavy shower of rain. Came out of nowhere. Very isolated by the looks of it.

Progs still look nice for next week. Potentially quite a decent cold outbreak in the mix too.

5mm here. Stayed foggy all day, which is only just lifting now. EC showing some very wet weather next week across a large area of the state. Hopefully it materialises, but of course we can never be certain until the event starts to unfold!

Home to find 8mm in the gauge. The TBRG got blocked by a now dead beetle so failed to capture what fell. OK fall in the end, though not quite the total the early model runs were showing. MTD is not far of 70mm, so should have an above average month, assuming next week delivers). Still need about 500mm to get to our annual average so a long way to go...
