This is just awesome!
Non stop constant thunder for the last 3 hours and just when you think it’s cleared it respawns over the bay for another dose!
Every day like this and I’d be an extremely happy man!

Oh i give up. EVERY single cell I've either got the edge of or has dissipated.
They really annoys me. About 70% of this year's supposed direct hits have broken up only a kilometre from here.
I must have a bad omen on me.
Watch that so called monster dissipate before it gets here now.
Still, today's 5mm has meant this is now the wettest December on record for Cranbourne

Whatever is approaching us here in Cheltenham sounds very different and very ominous from the last couple of stormlets this arvo. Are we about to cop a huge storm??

Just insane here. Black, hail about 10 cent size, rumbles non stop. Hearing the odd stone that sounds like golf balls.

Just a kilometre away and hail was about quarter the size of that here, the last rain with the sunshine was heavier, there was a few branches snapping too.

Getting some heavy rain, but not much lightening unfortunately. No hail to report
Not sure what's the deal with that big one NW of Melly

Australis how big did you see? I saw quite a few around 10 cent size, but on the roof heard a few thuds which were bigger. I'd guess maybe 20 cent size (but not many). Wife was out driving and reckons they were around 20 cents in Upwey. No damage on the cars, thankfully.
Just shy of 17mm in the gauge now.
EDIT> reports of hail damage down the road around Ferntree Gully.

I ain’t going out too look.
Some big ones on FB @mountain gate. Bigger than top of car keys.
Some really ugly shaped jagged ones from Doncaster area. Also..
I’ll share to TAWF FB..
the one I can see here isn’t quiet 20cents..
Yes. I did get a little alert, recalling march hails storms..

That thunderstorm heading towards the CBD was just insane. Day turned to night almost here in Craigieburn, and the sky had a distinctive green tinge. Constant lightning every few seconds! Just insane.

Just a quick dash to check the gauge, just over 15mm's so far.
Still plenty of lightning and thunder around. No Hail though.
