Certainly is for here ILS. 38mm and still moderate rain falling. We got about 52 mm that day which sent surrounding creeks and drains into flood. Tonight's rain over a longer period.

Looks like we got off the island just before it hit. 43mm in Rhyll so I'm assuming Cowes would be similar up the road.
Back here in the Caroline Springs area I'm guessing about 15mm-18mm (no time to clean out the gauge).

Excellent result & desperately needed. :D

58mm here and still rainy (though has eased in the last hour). Very foggy, and strangely humid with DP is still in the teens. Ripper system... suspect this is the best February fall here since 2011. Only a few mms from our monthly average. Might get there.. fingers crossed :D

Great system, with almost everywhere getting a decent drop.

The system will continue for the rest of today along and north of the ranges.

Yep awesome... and added another mm since. Very thick drizzle falling currently mixed with rain. I reckon our fire season ended with the 35mm a couple of weeks back, but this lot seal it for us locally. Can't see it drying out before autumn for us in FC.

Shame this systems going to go southeasterly rather than southwesterly (otherwise we'd be head for the ton). That said, southeasterlies should add to your total up Macedon way :D

47mm here to 9am, so we've exceeded our monthly average by 5mm. It would be nice to get 3 more mm in drizzle to crack an even 50 for the event. We'll see...

And at a quick look, seems to be our best 24hr total since 5 Feb 2011 also.

Locally, falls up to 70 mm so we were far from the highest. Fantastic system, especially for being so widespread. Will be interesting to see the final charts once the NE gets its share, but must be quite a rare occurrence for such a large area of the State to get decent (20mm plus) falls from one event?

38mm here and no bad leaks so very happy with that.
Surprised Ferny Creek got 20mm more than us, but most of the heaviest stuff did seem to slide just south of us as usual, and they do get a lot more drizzly stuff than us.

Great totals everywhere….. except here….. I’m the threads biggest loser. 15 mm :( Was clipped by 3 separate waves of rain over 24 hours. The dividing range smashed the 2nd wave when it was heading west. It was a big miss considering the moisture available. Oh well….. I’ll take it but it certainly hasn’t killed the fire season here, especially with mid 30’s within 48 hours. I think I was the only location that GFS had correct. EC and Access missed by a mile but they were very good on most other locations.

Maybe the hottest spell of the summer coming up for north of the divide from Wednesday to Saturday. That 15mm I just had will be gone by Wednesday night.

28mm in the manual gauge here, not bad. Keeps everything damp until the 3-4 days above 30 deg that's approaching.

Thats no good JS. I thought our area was really going to miss out.
15mm is still better than nothing and around Kyneton in february a big nothing is often on the cards!
Ive had nearly 5mm since 9am, mostly mountain drizzle which takes my total to almost 30mm.
Temp has just dropped below 10C too. Its COLD!

Yes, very true Macedonian.... sometimes Kyneton doesn't see a drop in Feb, so I'll bank the 15mm. 800m + elevation assisted with your lovely 30 mm, half of that for most of the north side of the mountain.

A pleasure Blackie... I hope that canal around Elwood behaved itself last night.
