Wow that was intense. Thought water on the porch was going to come in to house. Leaks everywhere. There was a loud crack when it started and we lost power

Ground absorbing it like an absolute sponge. Puddles usually hang around a bit around here, but they're disappearing fast. Shows how dry it's been getting.

If models are right some places will crack 100mm quite easily, as the trough is predicted to be west at 10am tomorrow

Very humid. Almost 100% humidity at 21 degrees...

34.2mm's here so far, some suburbs have had more than 50mm's, Viewbank has had 72mm's.

Seems like it's back building again, but it's already near the eastern suburbs. What's after this...?

Wow, ended up with 59.5mm here in Bentleigh East.

This was round 1 from Brighton about 10 min before the heavens opened.

I would expoect more action after 9pm -midnight when the cold air hits.

It is clear to the west, sunnt there, so more heating is possible. Tomorow is still forecast for 30s so not over yet

Leave bedroom window open, when change hits you will know about it.
