Absolutely disgusting feral conditions of the highest possible level. This is at the top end of my absolute hatred out of all types of weather conditions.

We are having some massive gusts push through right now as I type. Unfortunately I don't have a station set up here, however I believe they may be 100kmh gusts.
My mum flew up to Grafton yesterday to see her sister, and right now I'm wishing that I had joined her just to get away from this garbage.

Just feral up here. Strongest for about two years here. Last time we had winds this strong was in a storm about two years back. No damage so far. Trees are pretty well watered and look happy to bend
These winds are unbelievable. Been gusting over 100 km/h here for a few hours now. BOM expecting them to peak next three hours before the change then they'll ease. My roof feels like it'll blow off!!
Quite unbelievable damage coming out of all this, plus the Melbourne airport delays and numerous power outages.

Just had a somewhat edgy drive back home, car was struck by numerous small branches flying through the air, and the roads are a complete mess. Saw one house in Olinda had its garage completely flattened by a huge mountain ash, no-one hurt thankfully.
I've got a huge clean up job now before our open garden visitors come on Monday week.
There goes tghe nsighbours traditional paling side fence, one half fell to the east, the other the west, the wind got trapped in a well between house and fence.
LMAO!
Would be a good time right now to catch the train up to my parents place at Kilmore with the bike and ride back with that wind behind me. I would set tour de france style record times!
